Today DHS published a notice identifying 84 countries whose nationals are eligible to participate in the H-2A program and 81 countries whose nationals are eligible to participate in the H-2B program for the coming year. Citing a high number of overstays, DHS removed the following countries from the H-2B list: the Philippines, the Dominican Republic and Ehiopia.
